Are your school’s fee receipts in order?

1. Is your school registered (onboarded) on KRA eTIMS?

Onboarding is done on the KRA iTax portal. If your accountant did it, ask them for the confirmation.

2. Do the fee receipts you give parents carry a KRA invoice number?

Look at a receipt printed today. An eTIMS invoice carries a control unit invoice number and a QR code.

3. Is your Tax Compliance Certificate current, and has it been renewed since October 2025?

Check the expiry date printed on the certificate. If you cannot find it, answer Not sure.

Does Opero make my receipts eTIMS invoices?

Not yet. Opero records fee receipts and shows how many are not yet transmitted to KRA, but it does not send invoices to KRA today.
